RULES & REGULATIONS

All visitors are asked to read and follow the rules and byelaws. These are displayed in the communal areas and a copy can be found here.

Parking
The Moorings has 8 visitor spaces, 2 with electric charging facilities.

Charging can be accessed and paid for using the VendElectric smartphone app. Spaces can be occupied for no more than 4 hours between 08:00 and 22:00 or 10 hours from 22:00 - 08:00.

Visitor parking – please minimize visitor parking and keep to less than 24 hours continuous duration.

Pets
Written permission to have a pet must be received by the Board in advance.
Dogs should be kept on leads at all times within the grounds.
Please clean up after your dog – the nearest dog bin is located next to the seating shelter on Embankment Road.

Paddle Boards and Canoes
Paddle Boards and Canoes/Kayaks should be stored in the racking located in the Boat Park.

Balcony
Please keep balconies appearance tidy and do not hang laundry or wetsuits over the balustrades/balcony walls.

Rubbish/Recycling
Please follow instructions on the Recycling and Bin Store Page
